POSITION 1 : OFFICER / SITE SUPERVISOR (CUSTOMER SERVICE)
(TOWNSHIP MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT) |
|
| Responsibilities: |
| • |
To comply and achieve total customer satisfaction in handover procedure for all properties. |
| • |
Attend to complaints and ensure that follow-up actions are taken to address the complaints within the time frame. |
| • |
Deliver high quality of customer services. |
| • |
Supervise, monitor workers in carry out defect rectification works. |
| • |
Check, monitor and follow up on the quality of rectification works. |
| • |
To check the quality of work of the new phase project construction site to ensure compliance of quality before handing over. |
| • |
To prepare QA/QC report. |
| • |
To assist the handing over the keys and others to the purchasers. |
| Requirements: |
| • |
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Building or Civil Engineering. |
| • |
Minimum 2 years of site experience in related construction work and 1 year experience in handling customer feedback. |
| • |
Well versed in construction techniques and issues, and experience in handling customer feedbacks. |
| • |
Experience in handling customers angers and frustration, and able to co-ordinate assignment involving many parties. |
| • |
Able to work as team. |

POSITION 2 : SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE, LANDSCAPE
(TOWNSHIP MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT) |
|
| Responsibilities: |
| • |
Plan for overall landscape conceptual and new launches landscape development concept. |
| • |
To in-charge all landscape matters including landscape design/drawings, drafting, detailing and project management. |
| • |
To manage and coordinate from design conceptual to implementation stage of the township landscape projects. |
| • |
To coordinate with external landscape consultants to ensure the key deadlines are met. |
| • |
To review consultant’s submission at various stages, i.e. conceptual & schematic level, design development level, contract administration level, construction & occasionally site inspection. |
| • |
Assist in the monitoring design development process through to documentation & site implementation to ensure accuracy in interprets & built quality control. |
| • |
Manage landscape project implementation. |
| • |
Oversee landscape maintenance and liaise with Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers. |
| • |
To liaise with relevant Authorities when necessary. |
| Requirements: |
| • |
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture. |
| • |
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in landscape planning, implementation, maintenance and coordination. |
| • |
Knowledge in horticulture or plant botany. |
| • |
Proficient in interpreting plan drawing, good understanding & knowledge of design documentation and construction detailing. |
| • |
Well-versed in softscape, hardscape and plants maintenance. |
| • |
Able to read contract and landscape drawing/plan. |

POSITION 3: QA /QC ENGINEER
(PROJECT DEPARTMENT) |
|
| Responsibilities: |
| • |
Evaluate, implement and improve quality processes.
|
| • |
Develop and implement quality management systems.
|
| • |
Evaluate site operation and procedure to identify areas for improvement. |
| • |
Perform routine site inspection and quality reporting. |
| Requirements: |
| • |
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree and Professional Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, and equivalent.
|

Required language(s) : Chinese, English, Malay |
| • |
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. |
| • |
Knowledge of CONQUAS is required. |

POSITION 4: CLERK-OF-WORK
(PROJECT DEPARTMENT) |
|
| Responsibilities: |
| • |
Implement and monitor property development projects through coordination of construction activities, supervision of construction works and monitoring of site progress.
|
| • |
Ensure the site activities are carried out in accordance to high quality standard.
|
| • |
Liaise with Architects and consultants on technical matters in relation to construction works. |
| Requirements: |
| • |
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural, and equivalent
|
| • |
Required language(s) : Chinese, English, Malay |
| • |
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.. |

POSITION 5: PLANNING ENGINEER
(PROJECT DEPARTMENT) |
|
| Responsibilities: |
| • |
Execute in pre-planning and planning stage for layout, building and infrastructure.
|
| • |
Assist in checking of all submission plans and monitor the plans approval. |
| • |
Liaise with consultants and authority on relevant issues in relation to planning, development and implementation.
|
| Requirements: |
| • |
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree and Professional Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, and equivalent.

| • |
Required language(s) : Chinese, English, Malay |
| • |
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. |
| • |
Experience in property development. |
